How do I return an item?

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Bob Johnson Project purchase, you can send it back to us within 14 days of ship date for exchange or refund.

Returns will only be accepted on merchandise that is UNWORN, UNWASHED, and with ALL tags attached.  Sale merchandise is always a FINAL SALE, and no exchanges or refunds will be accepted for discounted items.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for shipping costs on returns.

1. Please let us know as soon as possible that you are going to return merchandise.  you can email us at info@thebobjohnsonproject.com or call us at 323.851.4030 so that we can try to secure an exchange for you.  In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you can select another online item or we will refund the purchase price.

2. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send it back to the address provided using a traceable carrier and insuring the package to the FULL amount of the merchandise.  This will protect you as we are not responsible for missing packages.  Once your package has been received at The Bob Johnson Project, your exchange or refund will be processed within 14 days.  You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
